Gymnast

The forth member of the circus is the gymnast Vivienne. She joined the circus together with her older sister Zazie and is one of the two youngest members. Her act consists of performing several tricks utilizing her flexible body and additional limbs. She also sometimes joins other members in their performances.

Her unusual appearance was caused by a demons curse on her mother while she was still in her womb. This caused her parents to abandon their child after she was born, but her older sister decided to stay with her and raised her. Afraid of what people would do to her sister if they saw her, Zazie hid Vivienne away and her whole life all she knew was the abandoned house they lived in and her sister. Despite that, however, Vivienne lived a happy life and never knew of any hardships her sister went through, since Zazie always shielded her from the cruel reality of their world. This living situation caused the sisters to become very close, as it has always been the two of them against the world. When Zazie was away to work Vivienne passed time by exercising and acquiring her gymnastic abilities, or secretly spying on people that passed by their home. One day she heard some passerby’s talk about two weird strangers and for the first time she decided to disobey her sister and venture into the city to see those strange people that might be like her. Sadly her sister was right about people’s reaction to her and she was attacked by scared villagers. Being faced with the harsh truth her sister tried to protect her from all those years, for the first time, Vivienne didn’t know what to do and panicked, but was saved by Aristide who witnessed the scene. After he and Haidee helped her find Zazie, she finally made her sister tell her the truth and was mortified to learn about all her sister sacrificed for her, but also finally confronted her, that she shouldn’t have locked her away but told her about it. Zazie admits to her guilt and apologizes and then encourages her to join Aristide so she can life a better life. Vivienne accepts, thinking that maybe this way Zazie can life a better life without her too. However Aristide realizes that they don’t want to separate and only say this thinking it would make the others life better, so he intervenes, inviting Zazie along as well.

Due to being sheltered her whole life she is very naive about the real world. She kept her happy and carefree nature but the new experience of meeting unkind people and learning the truth about her parents does weigh on her and made her a bit more serious.

Vivienne admires Aristide as her Hero and developed a crush on him. However, he turned her down due to their age difference of ten years and her still being practically a child. He says he cares about her, but as a little sister. She was hurt for a bit, but ultimately understood his reasoning and is now over her crush, going as far as to join forces with Haidee to find him a partner.

It is unknown if the curse that caused her appearance, also gave her special abilities. She does have better night vision, but never actively tried if she could do other things. Her sisters fiancé Argider, whom she loves like a big brother, kinda took her under his wing, helping her learn more about her demonic side.
