Hades God of the Underworld

After Bacchus and Apollo, I decided to continue my series of Ancient deity illustrations with Hades (also known as Pluto in roman mythology)
I didn´t want to frame him as a villain like he is often protrayed, and rather decided to reference his relationship with Persephone. While a lot about this story is messed up, I still like their connection a lot and wanted to show his love for her and how he misses her when she is up on the surface in Summer.
