Excelsior - god emperor

For the last few months i was working on the final art school project before the bachelor courses start. Together with @TersaStrobl ( https://www.artstation.com/neolunerose ) and @JoSchrimpf ( https://maironart.artstation.com/ ) I was working on an artbook about a world we created. Everyone of us was in charge of designing a continent with it´s culture and people. I decided to go with a darker approach of a cursed race of magically gifted humans. I am espescially proud of the emperor of my race Excelsior. Just like his people, his soul is immortal due to the curse, but his body keeps decaying. For that reason he covers his body and face to hide his rotting flesh.
